3. If you're returning an item for any reason other than receiving the wrong item(s) or receiving damaged item(s), please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. Additionally, return postage is to be paid by the buyer.

4. Returns beyond the 14-day window or not meeting the above conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
